We were told that we had to do X, Y and Z while spending thousands of dollars before the local bank would even be able to tell us whether they would offer us a mortgage. To our surprise the mortgages that the bank offered were quite narrowly focused. I wanted to thank you for the work you did in procuring a mortgage for us last fall.
